He's trying to point out the silliness of frivilous lawsuits. Doesn't help that the guy's an athiest, but his point really is to draw attention to all the stupid lawsuits that are getting flung around.

He is trying to prove that our judicial system is so far off the wall that a lawsuit can even be brought against God Himself.
What judges allow in courts is because they are too afraid to stand up and stop some of the frivolous lawsuits. Our Judicial System needs cleaning out and then it needs to be held accountable to Congress. Okay, Congress needs to be cleaned out too.
The "MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION" is . . . Who interprets the Constitution and sets the guidelines for Judges? We've always followed the case histories until the last few decades.

No, I don't think he is a nut. God has been blamed for all sorts of natural disasters, and therefore insurance companies don't pay claims that arise from "acts of god".
If people are going to say "god did it", they really need to show some type of evidence. Lawsuits like this can force some accountability on the god-believers if they are handled correctly.

I didn't see a URL link to follow, but it seems that he (whoever "he" is) WILL have his day in court.
But God is the Judge, Jury and Executioner, so to speak. If his rebellion against God's rightful authority persists and if he continues in his act of high treason (trying desparately to usurp God's throne, as satan once did), then he will be treated like any other traitor. High treason is punishable by death in ANY society.

It's almost as strange as someone saying "H - E - double hockey sticks".
Why don't you want to say hell? Whether you believe hell exists or it doesn't exist, it's a place name.

People go to great lengths to ridicule and criticize God and His salvation plan for humanity. The tragic thing is, how these same people will mourn and cry and shout to God when they realize in the end time that they were wrong and missed the ladder to Heaven.
