Should I trust http://www.quackwatch.org as a Guide to Quackery and Health Fraud?

I think it's a great site...Too often people are pulled into schemes thinking it will make their lives instantly better. I hate when I see the paid programming on TV for natural herbal supplements and super vitamins that promise to cure diabetes and prevent cancer. The site is maintained by doctors (and at least one of them has a law degree too).

"Dr." Stephen Berrett who runs the website is trained as an MD. But he hasn't been licensed to practice in over a decade and has no formal training or expertise in any of the areas of alternative health care that he criticizes. He just recently lost another court case brought on by Chiropractors for his ridiculous and unfounded claims. His slander of anything not associated with western medicine shows is ignorance and prejudice of things he really doesn't understand. But otherwise he's a pretty nice guy :)

I hadn't seen it before, but after reading through a dozen or so headings, I found only basic, sensible talk of the sort I thought was common knowledge when I was young and hadn't yet learned how silly people are.

I obvious the tar cooking and the bag of feathers when I came in. I might are usually just a little scared. Particularly after you caught karma & me last night time in a compromising role. Lol.
