Natural charcoal from good hardwood is my preference but sometimes it is a lot easier just to turn on the valve and light the propane but charcoal gives the best flavor.

Gas is easy and convenient, I do prefer wood or charcoal, but usually go for the convenient factor.

Charcoal is the best but most days my husband uses the gas because it's quicker.

I prefer charcoal with hickory chips.
But unfortunately usually i just go out and turn on the gas grill and get it done fast cause i'm in a hurry.

Charcoal. There is just something about the flavor that can't be matched on a gas grill.

If I have the time I prefer charcoal but gas is so easy and a lot quicker.
