In order to promote world harmony . . . ?

shouldn't we have more positive, uplifting names for international measurements?

For example, why don't we change "Greenwich *Mean* Time" to "Greenwich *Nice* Time" ?

Nobody likes a *mean* person . . . why would we like a *mean* time ???
