They used to be standard items at Camping and Travel stores, at least the 15 and 40 watt size panels.

If you don't need too much power, you could get some cheap rechargeable garden lights. Each usually contains an LED, 2 NiCd AA batteries, and a 2.5v(ish) solar panel.
