I read somewhere that it was okay to use pampers baby wipes, which i have been using but they're not helping. My vet mentioned special wipes, but they are kind of expensive and I just figured that it was the same as the pampers baby wipes. Anyone have any experience or suggestions? I would like to be able to stop his itching. thanks.

I got something from my vet called Animax or Anamax something like that. Call your vet and ask him about it.

Oh no, he may have allergies.
I have read that pamper wipes are not good for babys face and noses but I cant remember the exact reason at the moment. Fragrance maybe.
Special wipes might be those that have antifungal. Ask the vet again. Then ask the pharmacist. Tell the pharmacist that it is for a dog.

If they're more expensive, it's probably because they're medicated -- and thus NOT the same as regular baby wipes. Go back to your vet and ask about them and see if that helps.
