Perppermint tea is supposed to help an upset stomach. My mother always had some on hand when I was a kid. Hope this helps you. Ruth

Ginger Tea, Just buy ginger roots at the grocery store and boil it... drink it and it will soothe upset stomaches and menstrual pain. Warning: drinking ginger root tea may cause miscarriages if pregnant.

It depends on what is causing the upset stomach. Ginger, chammomile, peppermint might work. You can also chew on a piece of crystallized ginger, taste's pretty good, and works for heartburn.
