Everytime I eat it normally makes my stomach swell and it lasts for awhile, and not only do I get constipated a lot, but it causes me to get sick (Stomach aches). What can I do to make this stop?

Sounds like you are either lactose intolerant or siliac ( Gluten intolerant) these are text book symptoms, try not eating lactose for a week and see if it helps, and then do the same test with Gluten ( Wheat) if your body reacts strangly after one of these has been introduced then you know it's that one. If that doesn't work consult nutrtionist or MD.

You need to call the Dr. Could be lots of things, I had the same thing only I didn't seek medical help and ended up in ER with an emergency surgery, only to find I had crohns disease

Yes, see a doctor right away. He will probably refer you to a gastroenterologist. It sounds like it could be a problem with enzymes or your HCL, because things aren't getting digested properly. Or it could be what you're eating.

You may want to talk with a doctor. Also make sure you are getting enough fluids. If you don't, you are likely to get constipated.

See your Dr and they can refer you to a nutritionist or someone along those lines. Maybe you have an intolerance for wheat or something like that and it is what you are eating that doesn't agree with you.
