i had a dream in which i felt severely jealous and frightened...now most of my dreams do not appear so realistic and leave you in the moring feeling extreme versions of emotions that i would need to have experienced something drastic to feel anyway! but this dream as i said left me in the morin in tears and feeling scared and frightened and paranoid for a few days...? i have never known a dream to have such an effect on my concious being before and would like to know why it had this effect. please help x

it was about my boyfriend and this girl in the dream he did nothing to make me feel such emotions but this girl had such an enormous crush on him and i felt jealous and worried plus i was in a strange environment which i didnt know and depended on my noyf to keep me from harm. but this girl was picking on me...usually i have had these dreams without such drastic emotions but this was an exception. my boyfriend is extremely loyal and i have no problem with other girls liking him! so why did i in the dream?

I think you're probably going through a very emotional period in your life, which is normal at your age. You're feeling vulnerable and are not sure about anything. These feelings you have are going to come out in your sleep because you're no longer in a conscious state where you have more control of your thoughts. Work hard on improving those things about yourself you think need to change and you'll see that your self esteem will grow and you'll be feeling more confident. You seem like a very sensitive, bright and creative person and often it's people like you who can get overly emotional. Start seeing this side of yourself as a special gift you have and not as something weird.

It's hard to say as you haven't given any details of what the dream was about..did it relate to anyone or anything that is going on in your life at the moment,perhaps this is why it has left you feeling uneasy. A nasty dream can leave you feeling like this especially if you are worried about something.

some of the most powerful things happen in your dream state.... things in which you cant explain..... maybe its your intuition telling you that your boyfriend is seeing someone else your scared because you know it... and have known it for quite sometime... or your over looking a detail. think about your dream and try and remember every thing that happened it may not be your boyfriend you should be worrying about

every day i have dreams like if i was in a movie it has so much fiction i get really scared so i went to a doc specialist of that and im cure good luck

someone is telling you that you are going to face an affair that he is haveing ...its not true tho ..do not believe them matter of fact they may have already have spoken this to you..I repete do not believe them ..he is faithful
