There are legions of big books devoted to nothing but Photoshop use. I suggest you look on Amazon for a beginners Photoshop book on whatever version you have. Then play around and discover things for yourself.

Asking for Photoshop tips is like asking for opinions about religion or politics.

However, I'm assuming you want just the basics for now. In other words - how to get a photo into PS and then optimize it for best results.

I've got a step-by-step tutorial about this on my website.

This is the REALLY BASIC stuff. After this - and ONLY after this! - you can start playing aroundd with all the other possibilities.

But if you do these first steps wrong, nothing you do after that will be as good as it should be.

Good luck!

BTW, the info there is free! The site supports my teaching efforts - classes and seminars. I've been teaching this stuff for several years.
