Watching TV and using computers won't cause blindness. The faint flickering associated with the displays can cause mild headaches in some people if the display settings aren't quite correct.
For Windows system:
If your computer screen makes your eyes sore, go into you Control Panel, click on Display, click on Settings tab, click on advanced button, Click on Monitor tab and have a look at the screen refresh rate; if your computer has a few you can choose from try them to see which suits you best.
(Mind you, all that clicking might give you a headache too!)

We normally have an excellent form of the babies on our block streaming out and in of our dwelling house on a weekend (if have been dwelling house). My pals have 2 little ones an identical age as my little ones and the pals around the line have 4 little ones on the area of an identical age as my little ones so on an favourite day we could have as many as 7 or 8 little ones working around the backyard and contained in the direction of the dwelling house. Granted . . my neighbor is normally staggering out with me interior the outdoor so I surely have an added set of eyes whilst there are that many little ones around =) I surely have an incredible admire for instructors (the best ones besides). It takes an excellent number of staying power and understanding to have the skill to coach that many babies at as quickly as.

As long as you are not straining your eyes to use the computer or watch television, there isn't any set time. Think of people that work with their computers all day. If your eyes begin to bother you, take time off with either one and give your eyes a rest.
