I haven't got a problem with that. Look at the stats - average number of victims of a convicted pedophile 84, thats just the ones they catch. Pedophiles also have the worst rehabilitation rate of any criminal, and are the most likely to reoffend

I don't trust the government to collect my taxes. HOw am I supposed to trust them to execute the right person? I used to be very pro death penalty but then "The Innocence Project" used DNA evidence to clear 40% of the people on Death Row in the USA.
I was disgusted.
That means 40% of those crimes are unsolved, and the real killer got away.
If the Pedophile is bragging about raping kids and claiming it's "OK" then by all means hang him, but anything sort of a criminal bragging about the crime from prison, we need to just lock them away for life.

Death no. I've worked inside the prison as a correctional officer so I think life without parole in general population would be better for them. Cons don't like those that commit crimes against children and they would set them straight.

My problem with the death penalty is that it automatically costs the taxpayers huge amounts of money, more than even life in prison. That's because of the appeals process and that the defendant gets a team of defense lawyers. I would prefer life in prison, just to cost the taxpayers less money.

Death definately: Anyone who was convicted of ANY capital offense and is serving Life Without possibility of Parole should be publically executed.
That wil send a message and watch the crime drop.

Anyone who molests a child should receive a severe sentence the first time it happens; probably more than ten years. If it happens again, then life imprisonment. However, anyone who molests and kills a child should suffer capitol punishment or at least life without parole.

While i don't agree with what the author of this website is saying, i believe in his right to say it.
In my opinion Pedophilia is an illness and should be treated as such. Imposing the death penalty on everything and anything that you don't like is short-sighted and wrong.
Your "kill them all" attitude is exactly what is fueling the author's mis-guided defense of pedophilia and use of oxymoronic terms such as "good pedophile".

Since it's a fact that a percentage of children who were victiims becomes a perpetrator...then we should also include victims so eventually the problem would be purged from society.

they are sick people if they wont to have sex with a child and if some one did that to my child they wouldn't have to worry about the law because I will kill them
