I think you first need to do is figure out what's making you angry. You could start with writing a list about what makes you angry and then list what makes you happy.

A lot of people take their frustrations out on their family because they feel safe with them. Explain to your family what's happening and ask them to tell you when you are being unreasonable so you can claim down and stop. My father was a very angry person and it was very hard for me to live with him, when you know you have been unreasonable make sure you apologize to your family.

Hi...

i have found a few articles on anger management self help and have listed them for you. you can find quite a lot of good resources on line for information and good advice by doing a search on ANGER MANAGEMENT SELF-HELP.

The first site, Mental Help Net, has quite a lot of good information on many subjects... one i have been using for myself for years...

You might also find books on controlling anger, and getting to the root of your anger problems at the library (or book stores, of course)

Sometimes we are frustrated, have anxiety and just can't cope well. This isn't uncommon. It's great that you are looking to improve... we could all use some of that, huh? It takes work to change... and i'm sure that with some research, you can find better ways to cope with and release your anger.

take care!!
