How big are your glasses?
Shot glasses, at 1.5 oz, 12 oz.
Pint glasses, 128 oz.
Most experts recommend eight 8 oz. glasses, which is 64 oz., or a half gallon, per day.

64 ounces of liquid or water would be the answer because you have to drink 8 cups or glasses that hold 8ounces each. So to get your answer you would go 8 times 8 which equals 64 if I am correct with my math.

As mentioned by others, 64 ounces.
You can subtract from that the amount of water contained in other food you eat. This isn't often pointed out.
If you take in too much water, you are in danger of washing water soluble vitamins out of your system before they've had a chance to be used.
You can substitute fruit and berry juices (cranberry, especially) for a lot of the water since they are mostly water anyways, but have vitamins, proteins, and so-on in them.
