Simple and easy, rinse vigorously with peroxide and water. Keeps your teeth white!! Just don't swallow..

I use a teaspoon of peroxide and a tiny bit of baking soda. Just make sure not to swallow. It tastes horrible but keeps your teeth pearly white ;)

Can't say that I know how to make it, however you could always make your own peppermint schnapps. Then you're minty & groovy. I just don't recommend you use it before work.

i have read that you can just use warm water mixed with table salt or water with baking soda. Sounds simple to me

what i do is either use water and peroxide, or water and salt. they both tastes pretty bad. but it keeps you bacteria free, for a clean mouth! ( just make sure not to swallow!)
