You will need to wrap your parcel securely, a carboard box is good with lots of bubble wrap if the item is fragile.

You can usually buy cardboard boxes of various sizes at the post office, but will have to wrap it yourself, so be sure to buy tape.

However, you will also need to fill in a customs form, and you may need some assistance from the people at the post office for this.

Try to go at a time when they are not busy, so avoid lunch time or late in the afternoon, so they will have more time to assist you.

Best wishes :-)

If you did not want the trouble of boxing and cushioning the items, you could just go to a ups store. They will take care of it for you. You could box it yourself. You always want to ask questions reguarding the rules of certain items being shipped. UPS, Fedex and the postal service are well aware of what can and cant be shipped and how to ship items into another country. Overall its a piece of cake.

You can box it up and just take it to the Post Office to have it weighed and sent off. Or you can have them do it for you for a small fee, they usually use bubble wrap too.
Yes Cardboard boxes usually.

You can pack it yourself, but don't seal it until you get there. Bring your tape with you. You will have to fill out a declarations form, insurance, etc. Normal packaging is used. Make sure it is a strong box.
