There's this girl I know that gets shy every time she sees me. Yesterday, and I walked by her and say hey and she said hey, but didn't smile. Instead she kinda blushed and sounded like she was out of breath, even though she's been sitting down. She tries to ignore me if I'm up close, so she won't have to look at me. But from a distance, she'll wave or something. Used to when we didn't talk, she'd stare at me all the time until I finally looked at her, then she'd either: give me an ugly look, blush and look away, or bite her lip. I don't know why she acts like this.

It's possible that she likes you.... in a funny sort of way, and is embarrassed about it.... Sounds like the symptoms to me.... Try talking more to her... just chatting... OR It could be that she just want's to know you... but .... Maybe she's heard some gossip about you.....

shes shy and doesn't feel comfortable when people are up close in her face who does and may think that this is quite confrontational. She may also seem intimidated by you you r probably like the opposite of her or she thinks that of herself and maybe admires you. Try to be more approachable yet at a distance that she is comfortable with - she just needs to get to know you.

Yeah, I think she's either scared of you, likes you, or she does that around most people.

Maybe she's intimidated by you or you're her idol or something and she doesn't know how to respond. She was confused how to react when you noticed her.

she's probably anti-social. lesbians usually aren't that shy, not a stereotype or anything, but they are more outgoing. either that, or you make her nervous. maybe she admires you.?
