As far as societal standards go, it's viewed as infantile. Personally, though, I don't think anything of it. I have several adult family members that have to wear diapers, albeit for medical reasons, so I don't think much of any adult wearing diapers. It's just not an issue for me. If you have to do it or just want to do it, it's not really harming anyone. Some people get weirded out by people who prefer diapers, but I think that's their problem.
As long as you're not hurting anyone or making anyone feel uncomfortable (and "anyone" also refers to you), do whatever you want. You're not hurting anyone, not damaging property or committing any other damaging act, so I don't see anything wrong with it. Live and let live. But it might be best not to let anyone you know in real life know about this particular preference. Lots of people don't go by the "live and let live" philosophy and will give you grief over it, even though none of them will be able give you a satisfactory reason about why preferring diapers is wrong.

I tried it once. It was okay until I had a case of diarrhea from hell. I was on the way to work and tried to hold it, but couldn't--so I let her rip. Why not, I was "insured," wasn't I? So I did. And believe me, I stunk to high heaven! But I realized that there was no inconspicuous way to dispose of a king-sized diaper full of, well, I need not get into specifics.
My point is that since we have toilets (and I'm with you on the convenience thing), we should use those facilities no matter how unpleasant the experience. Would you like to know how my diaper trial concluded? Well, let's just say that when I sat down at my desk, there was an overflow. From that time on, I decided that the bathroom may be best for everyone around me.

I also wear for the same reasons. I only wet mine, still use a toilet for number two. So not scared of bathroom. I find a sense of comfort, security and relaxation from wearing and just letting go instead of hold in urine. In a way makes me feel a little bit more of who I am. The world is filled with guys who prefer diapers. Just it's a personal and private matter. No one talks about it. Have heard guys wax intellectual about the fact they wear boxers or briefs? Even in those cases, not every guy has the same preference. To each their own.

Something seriously awful must have happened to you in a bathroom when you was a kid. The only adults I know who wear diapers are astronoughts for obvious reasons and someone on deathrow being executed by hanging!
Otherwise you are just damn lazy!

i think that's very unsual at your age, because if you feel like your gonna pee, just go to the bathroom, or maybe you're just too lazy to go to the bathroom. Anyways as long as you feel comfortable and happy on what you're doing, then don't mind what other people said. And i think that will TURN the girls OFF, because maybe some may not understand whatever your reason is. But i think you are responsible and mature enough to go to the bathroom .... are you afraid in going to the bathroom? anyways just like what i've already said as long as you feel comfortable and happy on what you're doing, then don't mind what other people says.

Imagine the embarrassment if you are involved in a situation while you are out requiring you to be taken to hospital for treatment. You might be unconscious and the nurse has to undress you.
