If you are in the US, it's because women here are prejudice. They are mostly looking for men that are American. You sound like a great guy, but "good luck" in America. It's already hard enough for American males. You can get someone, but it will probably be someone who is Indian, asian (not the greatest chance), or some other foreign woman. But you are a decent looking guy. I don't want to call you too much in the way of looks, or that might make me seem fruity. But, I'm sure that a lot of girls like you, but you are looking for the wrong ones. Plus, if you're hung up on your looks, you'll not see them pass you by, and the ones that will come around will not be what you want. Girls are strange that way.

I know I like guys who are self-confident, have a good self-esteem and believe in themselves!
This is the main thing.
Even the uglies guy would drive me crazy if he knew how to behave.
be a gentleman, but don't show them that you are so much into them. be a bit indifferent (this is the secret), it will attract girls even more if you make yourself interesting.
And don't show them you are sad, and alone, and longing for a girl. Never do that!

first os all dont get depressed with life and whatever is happening with you. there are hell lot of girls in your life who will come and go.. so i think you 1st of all stop going and proposing to every one and just be friends first with all girls who ever wish to talk to you... if you dirctely propose them b4 knowing them they will not like it , as they also need to know what kind of person you are and how you respect a female and how u behave with her... and i am sure u will get a perfect lady for u very soon and dont give your cell phn number like that to everyone...
