I would make a human drama movie and call it 'The forgotten people, Koryo Saram.' starring Lee Byung-heon and Son Ye-jin.
Between 1937 and 1939, Stalin deported over 172,000 Koreans to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, on the official premise that the Koreans might act as spies for Japan. Many community leaders were purged and executed, and it would be over a decade and a half before Koryo-saram would be again permitted to travel outside of Central Asia. Up until the era of glasnost, it was not permitted to speak openly of the deportations.The deportees cooperated to build irrigation works and start rice farms; within three years, they had recovered their original standard of living. The events of this period led to the formation of a cohesive identity among the Korean deportees. However, as the Korean language was prohibited for decades, subsequent generations lost the use of the Korean language.

Confession: I LIKE CHICK FLICKS!
After seeing "Music and Lyrics" I would definitely choose Drew Barrymore, but I would have to direct some really good acting out of her. Usually she's too plain. Opposite her, I would have somebody maybe like Jack Black, who's usually a little weird, but was such a sweet guy in "The Holiday" and he's just right for the story I have in mind.
Jack Black and Drew Barrymore? That seems so unlikely, but I'm really tempted now to put the finishing touches on my screenplay and send them both a copy. I can dream right?

Horror film.....
there wouldnt be an actor in this film.... Just a few women is enough to terrify all the world.. :)
For ex; a mother who is pushing rices (holy rice) into the mouth of her daughter before the first rang of the school..... or a milf woman in a supermarket in a hurry make shopping (she is also fasting)......etc etc etcc..
You wrote the scenario, i would direct it......

No, seriously, I think I would direct a spies/politics/thriller movie, in the style of Jason Bourne saga ( Matt Damon), and I would probably ask Jessica Alba ( unfortunately she already has a boy friend ;snif... ) and Matt Damon ( or George Clooney ) to play the 2nd and 3nd characters.
And I would play the main character myself, and I would be a MIT secret agent, living in Paris, who connects everyday on Yahoo Answer , tracks the other users all around the world and kills the trolls and the racist ones LOL

I would make Terry Pratchett books into a film. Unfortunately, they didn't wait for me to do that. The film is scheduled for 2008.
