I think it's a phase...as long as it doesn't take away from their every day responsibilities

Well, they are grown... And when kids are grown, there is less and less you can do. It's normal for some, possibly a phase, though. When I moved away I was quite homesick so when I wasn't at work, I'd be online. It is a great resource and nowadays it's even a good way to meet new friends.

now a days it is normal. But being normal does not make it correct.
This is only MY view. For professional advice, on parenting problems check out the link I have given below. The guy (Relationship Doctor) gives sincere advice. He also replies through e-mail I guess. Try it. It is genuine.

Monitor their time on the computer, but too much time on the computer is not normal.
They need interaction from the outside world!

Of course not. You should put some strict rules on about using the computer. Don't let them grow by computer or TV.....

That's part of our future it seems.
It's sad when Parents say their kids keep
bugging them when they are on the computer.
That's time that could be spent with the
children, talking, playing games.

unfortunetly it is a growing trend, here is what you do, pull the power cords out when they are out or asleep, hide them, and it force them to go out into the living world, hopefully.
