I have a sore throat and I am sneezing just a little today. Do you think I should fast today or no. I don't really have that big of a headache and I definitely can't eat any food (cuz of my throat)...However I just fear I may lack energy during the day...What do you think...Can I last for 15 hours?

Wa Salaam! Oh yeah, dont forget to take advantage of your Ramadan by reading Quran!

Yeah, I don't seem to sick, I guess I will just drink another cup of tea and pray that I will be fine the rest of the day

May Allaah reward you! But yeah, l am not feeling that good, but I still think I can fast. If I was vomiting, I guess that wouldn't! But nonetheless, Fajr started, I am fasting, and I gotta pray! Jazaak Allaahu khair to both! Wa Salaam....

Also I advise to visit www.efatwa.com if you both have any questions during your Ramadan

(2:183-185) O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you, even as it was prescribed for those before you, that ye may ward off (evil); (183) (Fast) a certain number of days; and (for) him who is sick among you, or on a journey, (the same) number of other days; and for those who can afford it there is a ransom: the feeding of a man in need - but whoso doeth good of his own accord, it is better for him: and that ye fast is better for you if ye did but know - (184) The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for mankind, and clear proofs of the guidance, and the Criterion (of right and wrong). And whosoever of you is present, let him fast the month, and whosoever of you is sick or on a journey, (let him fast the same) number of other days. Allah desireth for you ease; He desireth not hardship for you; and (He desireth) that ye should complete the period, and that ye should magnify Allah for having guided you, and that peradventure ye may be thankful. (185)

So, fast if you could. Once you see that you absolutely cannot, then break your fast, but remember"...but whoso does good of his own accord, it is better for him: and that you fast is better for you if you knew -"

yea some times we feel like this because of being rest less ... but if u have will of not leaving the fast go ahead inshallah u'll be perfectly ok but dont get burdened .. if u feel u could not be able to complete your fast leave it other wise may be u have to break it and it will be wrong. As Allah knows that you are not leaving the fast intentionally if u do so.
May ALLAH bless u great health.Amin
drink lots of water before and after fasting time :)

Doesn't sound like you are too sick. It may just be allergies.
