Hi. I think that you would do what anyone does.
You will hurt for awhile, feel like your heart is breaking,(it's really not) be lonely, want to be with someone, don't want to be with someone...
but, after some time, you will come out on top again.It is not a good time, but we have all gone/or will go, through it. Besides, if your girlfriend gave you that excuse about not having a good knowledge of the English language, she doesn't really sound like the type of friend I would want. She could help you become more knowlegble of the english language.

That could have been just an excuse. Move on and find someone that will appreciate you for the person that you are instead of making excuses to change you.

She is not deserving of your friendship then if that is the reason.
I'm pretty sure we can find something to discriminate her with.
Move on and find new friends.
