I would go with an antique rather than something new, you can never be sure a new item will increase in value over the years, but antiques have already proven themselves. You may have to spend more, but they are generally worth it. Plus, its a nice conversation piece at the very least. But if you really want a new one, go to distinctive-decor.com, they have nice stuff around a hundred bucks, the English models are lovely.

Since they already have a teapot, I wouldn't buy them another one. Maybe a portrait of the family would be nice.

I'd buy a nice Irish piece from Waterford china(cashes book) or crystal. or a nice table set from there home state where they were born!!?? memories you know!!

Seriously though, you could see what the rates are in your area and maybe get them some sort of joint couples massage (it's non sexual). It's very relaxing, my girls parents usually go every six months.
