Its a unit that contains both a switch and fuse or fuses (3 phase).
They come in almost any size.
You will also see the term fuse switch which is basically the same but the fuse links are mounted on the moving contacts of the switch.

Fuse switch unit is a simple Isolator for a electrical consumer it is used early days.In case of fault fuse will blow . What is the purpose ? Is it for domestic power Isolator purpose or for a Water Heater, Room Heater or for Air conditioner Lighting.It is available from 15Amps, 30Amps, 63Amps According to the Load you can choose.my Suggestion is go for Molded case circuit breaker (MCB) instead of fuse switch it is easy to use no replacement fuse required simply you can reset.for rough applications only fuse switch is used.Compare with cost MCB are little more & reliable.
