First of all, hot water is likely to agitate the cancer and cause rapid spread of the disease. The only treatments available for cancers are through the medical profession (hospitals). In cases of mouth cancer, Radiology won't work. Chemotherapy and surgery are highly successful procedures but the earlier it is treated the more likelihood that it will be cured with it never returning. The more advanced the cancer, the less likelihood of successful treatment and the higher the chance of it returning. You should never try to treat such serious diseases yourself. Get medical attention, always and always have any suspicious lumps, swellings etc. checked out.

Are you trying to treat oral cancer or mouth ulcers that have developed during chemotherapy?
If it is mouth ulcers due to chemotherapy, they are best treated by rinsing the mouth with warm, salty water several times a day.
If oral cancer, seek medical advise!
