120 to 130 is the healthy weight for a girl.
130 to 145 for a boy.

It's a range, not an exact weight. Go to this site, and put in your information. You want a BMI of 19-25.

Going by the book, 5' 3" would be around 115lbs, but it so depends on your age, body build, lifestyle, etc. You know if you are too heavy or too thin. You should act accordingly. Good luck.
