I would just ask them for it or ask to at least look it over. They may or may not supply it. If you are not accepted as a tenant, write a letter and ask why you were refused and where did they get the information that they based their actions on. There are many places you can go and get your info. Texas has a Texas Apartment Association and they have a company that supplies that info. It is different than the usual credit places. Just ask.
