why is she in such an all fired hurry to move in with him???
she an emotional person who NEEDS that reassurance???

Be careful. It could be too fast for him & if it is, he would not only hesitate at that suggestion but also would withdraw from her as he feels uncomfortable.
The best thing is to let it happen naturally. If the 2 wants to get closer, they will feel it mutually. So, you are right to say - take it easy.

It is way too soon to be moving in together. You need to learn more about each other first. If you don't, you will probably be looking for a another new place to live shortly after you move in together. It is easy to love someone that you don't have to live with. You have to be seriously committed to live happily with your partner. Six months is not long enough to actually be seriously committed. I am sure that htis is why her bf is hesitating.

I think you told her like it is.
And it sounds like she is trying to push the relationship a bit too fast.
He sounds like he has it in his mind that moving in right now would be setting the relationship up to fail.
Ask your friend a question, what does a normal person do if they are chased??
