Try a variety of different breads such as fruit bread, Turkish bread, foccacia breads, bagels, pita or Lavash bread. Select wholemeal and multigrain bread varieties - they taste nicer and are a better health choice and go better with meat and vegetables. Banana bread is delicious when it's made well.
There are lots of soups you can just get in cans and heat up - huge variety just go check them out and the tinned section of the supermarket.
Rice cakes with toppings (whatever you want). Cookies, biscuits, breadsticks, nice crunchy veggies you can snack on like carrot fingers or celery fingers. Nuts, cashews, peanuts, almonds. Sultanas. The range is huge for packed lunches!

I got same case with u, stop eating out.
I prefer to bring dry stuff, I always bring rice with meet, veggies. Bring some fruits (Like grape, strawberries, appel, orange, etc) is a good idea also.
I prepare for tea time snack also, Like homebake cookies, scone, or brownies.
For the meat or chicken, I cooked them on sunday and freeze them, so every morning I just get as much as I want and reheat them.

Bread, slice in half, add a little mayonaise, a piece of lettuce, a slice of beat and a slice of cheese. You'll improve in a while to varrying choices of sandwiches. (If you have a microwave at work, buy a microwaveable sandwich or something.
