we Christians spend so much time and effort trying to save non-Christians from the lake of fire. Look at how many cultures we've helped by giving them the gift of God's word. Even when they resisted at first, we strengthened our resolve and led them to the Light and the Word. How is that negative?

You have to understand that Atheists don't believe in a lake of fire. So telling us that you are good for saving people from it means nothing and doesn't help your argument.

How exactly were these cultures helped? Their original and native cultures and practices are gone now because of Christianity. I see that as something very negative. A diverse world is a beautiful world and Christianity is trying to take the diversity away. It's negative.

Helped cultures? In what way? By telling them, Zeus doesn't exist. Where have all the greek gods gone to? Now they are nothing but a myth. It is such a sad thing, can't you see what you've done. Sending missionaries to India and telling them they were worshipping the devil? 5000 years of culture and civillisation and you tell them they were worshipping the devil? The bible tells you not to judge others, but there you go judging that people need help from your God and you impose your God on them. Even you say, they resisted. But did you relent? No, you brainwashed them into believing that your God is the one true God... how on earth is that a positive thing? There is so much about other cultures and religions that you have to learn.

I am a Christian myself. But I don't agree with the fact you said. Christian or not, God will see all beyond that. No matter what your religion is, its the faith to God who will guide you to the eternity. Religion is the way and God is the destination. So everybody has their own way, and you have to respect them.
You said about the Light and the Word but you don't know what you are talking about.
Christian is not negative, but people like you who make Christian negative.
All religions teach people about love and compassion, but its the person who often mistake it by saying that his/her religion is the most true.
Eventually what God will see is the spiritualism of the person and that in fact is far beyond the religion.

My suggestion is, you have to look further into the deep meaning of the true Christianity

Its not religion who will save you, but its your faith to the one and only God

LMAO!
"They resisted at first"
You just answered your own question! The fact that they resisted is negative. Your religion has actually scared people into believing these things. More wars have been started in the name of God than for any other reason! There's your answer!

Are you being sarcastic? Jesus and his disciples did not spread Christianity with the sword; they gained followers by preaching the word of God and helping those in need. Christianity and Islam are both guilty of using the sword to force others to convert. Religions are viewed more positively when they do not, don't feel the need to, or don't have to force their views upon others to spread their message. For a person to make it to heaven, they have to accept Jesus in their hearts as their savior; not act like they are Christian so they won't be tortured or killed.

Maybe you can list some non-Christians you saved and let us all in on where this lake of fire is so we dint go fishing there or water skiing. You haven't proved whether anything you've done is positive or negative cause you haven't proved the existence of your god.

Yeah, Christians are peace loving, sharing and cooperative people all right, except when they are in a power position and then they turn into devils. Why else are we in Iraq doing what we are doing. It is not out of turning the other cheek or loving thy neighbor or any other noble motivation, but then maybe there is a good Christian somewhere in the world. It is like find a needle in a hay stack, however!

Well, for starters there is no lake of fire or any God

You have destroyed cultures, not helped them.

How about African where the Christian fruitloops are telling people not to use condoms and hence contribting to the spread of Aids?

you may want to open up a history book that is full of facts unlike your Bible. religion divides people and causes more conflict than anything else on the planet and you call it a good thing.

funny I've never heard of anyone being killed in the name of Atheism.

11:119. Except those on whom He hath bestowed His Mercy: and for this did He create them: and the Word of thy Lord shall be fulfilled: "I will fill Hell with jinns and men all together."

13:18. For those who respond to their Lord are (all) good things. But those who respond not to Him even if they had all that is in the heavens and on earth and as much more (in vain) would they offer it for ransom. For them will the reckoning be terrible: their abode will be Hell what a bed of misery!

17:8. It may be that your Lord may (yet) show Mercy unto you; but if ye revert (to your sins) We shall revert (to Our punishments): and We have made Hell a prison for those who reject (all Faith)

20:74. Verily he who comes to his Lord as a sinner (at judgment) for him is Hell therein shall he neither die nor live
