I see it this way...after we both graduate from University and get full-time well paid jobs so that we can support the new family and even a possible baby.

Well mate in my case I knew it was time when she said to me "I'm pregnant"
But it's a pretty hard question since I think you'd both know deep down when the time is in fact right. For example the question you have written hints to you thinking it already. So now could be the right time but life is more complicated and I do believe only you and her will know for sure when the time is right.
So rather than come sraight out with the question myabe try get her into that kind of subject and see how she reacts if youre nervous of rejection.

Now seriously, when you fall in love your heart will tell you that this is the person you just do not want to live without.
You will think of them all the time when your not together and your face hurts from smiling so much when you are together.

that's just a chance you take when you have no doubts about it and it feels right...my husband didnt even propose to me... we got married a little over a year ago...and i wouldnt change anything if i could...
