No. Most of the growth in Islam in the West is because of immigration. Very few people are converting - something like 20,000 per year (out of a population of 300,000,000). It's likely that more people are leaving Islam than coming to it, but we don't hear about this because Islam doesn't recognize apostasy.

Islam is growing very fast in the west. As for what you see on YA, just because a group is the most vocal doesn't mean they're fast-growing. There are plenty of atheists (I used to be one), but there are also plenty of Muslims. It's the second-largest religion in the world.

Not as fast as some Muslims would have us believe - one person on Y!A said up to 20,000 each day in the US. Not citing any sources for that statistic, of course.
And there are still many people becoming believers in Christ each day, too, all over the world, especially in Korea and China (10,000 per day, according to the World Christian database).
It's harder to track growth of Christian believers in the west, because it is done more at a church level than by the government. In eastern countries, the governments are concerned with the growth of converts, so tracks them.
But I can tell you where I live, that while there have been a couple of mosques built in the past ten years, there have been several dozen churches built, and their attendance numbers are staggering. The church where I go gets between 150-200 visitors each weekend, and these are people who were not usually raised in a church going home.
It is not unusual for non-denominational churches here to have membership upwards of 5,000 people who regularly attend worship.
Christianity is alive and well in the USA.

Alhamdullilah yes Islam is the fastest growing religion in the West. More reverts in Islam since 9/11.
