the er said it could be a migraine but no medicine is helping and im having a hard time thinking and commuting with otheres . im only 27 what is wrong with me anyone have a problem like this before?

You really should see your regular dr. He can determine if you need a referral to an eye dr. There can be many causes of this, some serious. Please see your doctor, especially if you had no definitive tests done at the ER, like lab work or CAT scan.

Ok, you went to the ER, and they gave you a diagnosis,
Now, rather than going back, or going to your regular Dr, you are asking strangers on the internet, with questionable qualifications, what is wrong with you.
If you want a diagnosis, see a medical practitioner!

ER stands for Emergency Room.........Having a vision problem for 5 days is not an emergency..
Get a doctors appointment....
PS. You may have: tumor, stroke, TIA, brain bleed, diabeties.
