For the same reason the Christians ignore the fact that Muhammed was a prophet, like Jesus. Or how they ignore the fact that the Great Spirit gives them life. Or the fact that they don't bow down to the almighty FSM!

I AM SOOOOOOOO OVER THESE QUESTIONS!!!!!!

When I had a NDE my saviour was that machine that made me come back to life and that educated doctor who operated it. Jesus or no jesus without the machine I was dead so it seems to me the ignorant ones would be those who say it was jesus that saved me.

Grow a brain and give the peanut to the elephant!!! STOP pushing your beliefs down our throats. Love everyone isn that what your 'lord' says?

Why do Christians ignore Jesus' views on being anti-establishment? Why do they ignore his one basic premise of love thy neighbor? I see a lot of Christians sitting on their high horse with their noses in the air being spoon fed xenophobic non-Christian garbage by some charlatan in a cheap suit. My favorite are born again Christians, the ones who were never responsible or very Christian like. All of a sudden they're born again and do basic things right like not take drugs or get a job and they want somebody to pat them on the back for it. Then they look at people who don't share their beliefs and call them idiots. Don't go picking at splinters...

Why do you ignore the fact that you are blindly following a religion that was invented in the Middle Ages to make men richer and give them power over the ignorant?

I implore you, beg you, beseech you to google 'Horus'.
Once there, see the VERY close similarity between the life and times of Horus, a very ancient Egyptian god who predated JC by a VERY long time, and the assumed existence of JC.
This could well be the first step in your journey towards accepting reality IF you are brave enough to question your own inherited beliefs.
Are you brave enough?
Are you just a sheeple?

This is a serious answer -

"Ask yourself why you aren't Jewish or Hindu or Muslum. If you can answer that honestly and open mindedly then you will know why 2/3rds of the world does not accept JC as their lord and savior."

Really, you need to be able to look at the world from other perspectives !!!

Didn't Jesus say forgive them for they know not what they do.

Didn't Jesus say forgive the sinner unless you are with out sin.

He forgave the man that sliced of his ear.

Your going to need to practice your forgiveness. Get on it and stop worrying about others they may be right.

You need to act like Jesus not pass judgment on others.

I know what you mean. It doesn't really require that religion be valid. They live and breathe and have their meaning in Christianity--or what's left of it--whether they believe or not. And that's for better and for worse. Mostly better, we think. But then who knows that Christ judges according to official beliefs? In fact we know perfectly well that he doesn't!l
