If they make a purchase, they are paying taxes in one form or another. Only babies and children too young to shop are not paying sales taxes. Their parents are paying taxes on items purchased their for infants.
Americans with jobs pay income taxes. Retirees with investments are paying taxes. Savings accounts are taxed.
Fuel taxes.
If you pay an electric bill, phone bill, gas bill or water bill, you are paying taxes.

Not the ones who are, and have been severely disabled since birth, or beyond, and can't work a day in their life to contribute. Not the infants, or those who are under the legal working age of Americans. They're not old enough just yet. And when they get to that age, they'll be paying through the nose.

Ever take a look at how much each American owes the government for the size of the deficit? Don't you like how the government creates the deficit, by spending our money in the first place? And then wants you to pay it back and replace it when they have us in the red? Hmmmm odd isn't it?

Edit - Boogeyman Panchito I see you're on the computer. Must be including yourself there too per your comment.

Depends what type of taxes you are talking about. It is rather hard for any resident of this country to avoid paying sales taxes and gas taxes.

On the other hand, there are a good number of people who do not pay Social Security taxes -- most commonly known as trust fund babies.

Likewise, a good number avoid income taxes by working for cash when possible.

Yes, even if they don't believe in the income tax they are still paying taxes. When you buy food at the grocery store you pay a type of tax.

No, not all Americans do, there are unscrupulous ones that don't. If I didn't pay as much in taxes as I do...oh God would I be living well!
