had surgery now my uvula is dwollen?

i had cataract surgery now my ucuka is huge i can bring it up to my mouth and it hurts like hell when i swallow ! doc said its normal any advise on what i can do to make it go back to normal quicker?

TAKE 3-4 ADVIL EVERY 4-6 HOURS. THIS ANTI-INFLAMMATORY MEDICATION WILL HELP TO BRING IT BACK TO NORMAL.
