I don't think so, because although soaked raisins plump up, they never become as large and juicy as a fresh grape. And I can't understand why anyone would want to, practicality aside, raisins are more expensive than grapes.

Forget grape juice. Soak 'em for a year and you'll have some fabulous raisin wine. The stuff is deadly potent. Great for a night when the kids have been acting up. Calms 'em right down.

nope, sorry. The dehydration process can't be undone. You will just end up with wet raisins. This goes with most items that have had the moisture removed unless they are freeze dried.

NO! But you can make great oatmeal raison cookies by boiling the raisons and using both the syrup and the raisons in the cookie. (great-grandmas recipe!)
