Hi, my hair is usually flat down on my head, and I see some girls with hair that actually seems to be standing up a little..ya know, with the volume and all that. It's cuz whenever I wear a headband, my hair looks weird cuz it's all flat. Does anyone know how I can add volume to my hair? Something about hold your hair straight out and combing it backward?

Use the brand called "Catwalk" and it's a root booster. Apply to where you want the volume and blowdry your hair upside down. I live by this stuff....

ok first of all, when washing your hair, use a body shampoo and only condition your hair every SECOND day you wash.

wen getting out of the shower, don't let your hair air-dry, make sure you blow dry it, it can be upside down if u want, i heard that works.

once your hair is dry, straighten it or comb it or do whatever you do when doing your hair in the morning, and then put on your headband (you said u wear headbands) and then, take a comb and back-comb your hair.
i assure you that after doing this your hair will no longer be flat! promise!

-don't know what backcombing means? no worries, look it up on www.google.ca and im sure it will have something about it. and if it doesnt, next time you get your hair cut, ask your hair dresser about it.

=)hope that helped!

Henna on hair enhances and highlights the natural colour of the hair whilst softening and giving extra volume and shine.

Henna is scientifically known for its ability to make hair thicker. It is a completely natural and highly effective treatment.
Henna contains a tannin known as hennotannic acid. Tannins are slightly astringent and their use will tighten the surface of the scalp and hair follicles, strengthening the follicles' grasp on each hair. Henna also penetrates the hair shaft, strengthening and thickening the hairs somewhat, making the hair more resistant to breakage
It acts as a cooling agent for head and body. Henna contains those natural ingredients which are vital for hair nourishment.

next thing never comb the the hair

for straightening use sunsilt straightening serum which has not side effects at all.

all the best
