I just turned 15 and I take whey protein and a multivitamin....it's ok for me to lift without stunting my growth right?

The main thing is to start out light & Increase your workout daily Don't try & lift the world on your first go, Add on more weight & time everytime you workout.

middle school and above. make sure to focus on your form it is key to gaining strength. lifting does not stunt the growth, never has and never will.
