if i send someone a paypal invoice...can they pay it with a credit or debit card?? or do they have to have a paypal account to issue payment thru the paypal invoice??

I'm pretty sure Paypal accepts debti and credit cards. They also accept checks.

On a actual paypal invoice using the invoice tool, no they do not have to have a account. When they receive the invoice it will go to a paypal screen which states use your paypal account or I don't have one. The only option to pay if you do not have a paypal account is credit/debit card. You can test this out by sending a invoice to a email address you own which is not attached to your paypal account.
