i have a good friend who i a normal sized white girl and she wants a bootylicious big booty but she doesnt know how to get a lot of junk in the trunk fast, she has tried eating lots of kfc and stuff but it isnt showing much of a differance, please help out my friend.....

she needs to perform high intensity exercises that utilize the legs. look at the glutes of female sprinters, volley ball players, soccer players and tennis players. you never see any of them with long back. they all have nice legs and great glutes, because they use them.

genetics determines where on the body fat is stored but exercise determines what muscles get stimulated and how much they are stimulated.

Butt implants??? Man, is that the best answer people have for this? Sheesh!

The only SAFE way to get a larger butt is to either gain weight (which will happen all over... but some weight makes for nice curves) OR she could exercise her gluteal muscles (her butt muscles, which should also work her thighs and upper legs as well). It'll take time and effort, but if she wants a big butt and not a big everything else, that's the only natural way and the safest way in general.

Step aerobics - really work the butt and thighs.

Squats and lunges, especially while holding heavy weights.

Cut the fast food - muscle will be full and firm!

When I gained weight, I gained it everywhere. Butt, thighs, waist, bust. She could get butt implants. Other than that, she may be normal forever.
