What is a good "Registry Repair" download program thats "free"?!?

I need sometype of maintenace or repairprogram that can keep my registry optimized, but that I can download for free, "not" a "trial" download!!!

I have a program called CCleaner. It was free. I got it on cnet.com. download section.

go to freewarefiles.com,then click on utilities, then click on registry there are many great ones there and all FREE!!!
