Yes! tho possibility is very small, 1 in 130,000. An average cardiology physician would probably see 1 or 2 cases in his entire career. This condition is actually called Dextrocardia. Here is a link to a website with more facts about this condition.

The heart is mostly in the center. There's a little more poking out to the left than the right, There are cases of situs inversus, and those people are often misdiagnosed initially when a radiologist fusses at his tech for putting the label (usually a little "R") on the wrong side of a film, before realizing it was done properly all along. In complete situs inversus (and many aren't) there are bigger problems, in that the appendix, for instance, is on the left, and a surgeon wouldn't normally consider appendicitis in a patient with left lower abdominal pain.
I run into one of these people about once every eight or ten years. It isn't exactly common.

Dextrocardia means heart on the right side.It is a congenital anamoly. Per se it is harmless. But if associated with other genetic abnormalities it can be problematic. In intrauterine life originally heart is a tube in the midline. It bulges first and rotates to the left in such a way that the anterior or front of the tube goes left. If the rotation is to right it is dextrocardia.
Sometimes other organs also rotate to opposite side. Thus in a condition called situs inversus ,heart is to right, liver to the left, spleen to right and appendix to left.
Kartageners syndrome is when there is situs inversus, bronchiectasis and sinusitis. It is a rare syndrome.

I've heard that some people have their organs on the wrong side of their bodies. I don't know if it applies to the heart, though.

My heart is on the right side.

I care for people and their causes. I love animals. I care for the environment. I try to help the poor.

I hope that your heart is on the right side too...
