I graduated from college and have applied for hundreds of jobs. I got my degree in film and started with entertainment industry jobs, after a while i opened to anything. Right now it seems really impossible for me to get anything. I've had about 10 interviews at different places but i'm never there choice, i've been really close a few times but never in. I'm willing to relocate ANYWHERE and work anything as long as i can get full time. But nobody wants to give me a chance. I know i am a good worker and i take my jobs very seriously but i feel like nobody will even give me a chance.
I've tried online things, mailing, going in, and even a temp agency but nobody, nobody will do anything.

What can i do? I'm so lost, i dont even know where else to try.

Firstly if you have applied for 100s of jobs and had 10 interviews, then you are applying for the wrong jobs.

The entertainment industry is tricky to break into, and it requires persistence.

So how to do this. Firstly, no one really cares about what you studied, they care about what you have done. Are you just applying for jobs or are you working on films. Get people together and make short films (including posting for youtube, just like many modern directors are ex MTV the next generation will be ex youtube). Hell, make a documentary about your seach for a job. Make short films for festivals and competitions.

Secondly, work for nothing. Get yourself onto projects, sets, make coffee, run errands, stand around and watch people.

Both processes will get you known and let you know people. You have chosen an industry where finding work involves a very different process than other professions. Your only choice is to get involved.

However you might want to think seriously about your resume. If you are applying for a job in the entertainment industry you should have a multi-media CD or DVD resume where they can see your work as well as get an entertaining introduction of yourself.

I work in marketing and I know that many companies outsource their film work. In Sacramento we have a great one called Peppers and Associates www.peppers.tv, they do the corporate videos we use to market to municipalities and even our company Christmas video. Maybe a company like this would be a good place to get a start. Don't think of it as selling out, just paying the rent! Good luck!
