she had wrote me saying she wanted to change from active duty to the reserved can she do that?

No, too bad she didn't start with the reserves first. It is the same basic training. It is easy to switch from the reserves to active duty, but impossible to do the opposite. Sorry.

Nope she all ready signed into active duty. Maybe after her 4 years are up.

this is the same one that can not hack the active duty basic training and got "disrespected" and wants to leave...............
same as you was told by the umpteen replies she either gets out or sucks it up...she CHOSE to join up,
