Must be ALL mesh-the XL version has 2 large main compartments and 2 smaller one. If you look at the Jansport Big Student backback, that would be the size but still need it to be mesh.

The mesh bags are just one compartment. It would be easy to make one yourself, just buy the mesh, the edging material, and a set of shoulder straps. You can get the materials here: http://www.seattlefabrics.com/
