Well, it is obvious that Lou Dobbs does not want any immigrant come to the U.S if it is possible. Although he said that he was not against the legal immigration, his attitude towards the immigrants is pretty sour.

CNN doesn't want to end it because he probably gets better ratings than most of their other shows. The type of slander, fear, and racism/ anti-immigrant hysteria that Lou Dobbs feeds into is unfortunately very potent in this country right now. Of course he won't say that he's anti-Mexican or anti-immigrant; but he's just as slanted as any partisan pundit (like Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, etc.)

He is not anti immigrant. He is anti illegal criminal alien. This is the opinion of the majority of the legal citizens in this great country.

Stop calling the illegals immigrants. America loves legal immigrants. It's the illegal criminals that Lou Dobbs is referring to. I wish all the so called news channels will start reporting the facts and stop calling them immigrants. Yes, America was built by immigrants. None of them where illegal and none of them broke into this country and demanded that we give them a free ride and speak their language. I wish they would start broadcasting Dobbs on the local channels too.

Boo Hoo waa waa someone on tv don't agree with me. Only racism going on here, since MEXICAN or ILLEGAL ain't a race, is your questions and responses to people. Lou Dobbs has his own show, another thing you are I'm sure unfamiliar with "Success", on which he discusses the atrocity of illegal criminal invasion of the US.
So, CNN won't (not can't) cancel a show that is about news and a mans opinion. An opinion that is shared by the majority of the U.S. population.

Why can't CNN cancel Lou Dobbs? Well for one, why SHOULD they? Is Lou Dobbs lying to anyone on the subject? No he's not. It's about time that the media presents to the American people stories that actually matter, most of us don't care what is going on in Paris Hilton's life.

I happen to disagree with Mr. Dobbs on just about every issue except this one. Grab a disctionary and look up the word ILLEGAL. If you still don't understand get your English/Spanish dictionary. It is against the law to enter this country illegally. You do this and you should have no rioghts except the right to be arrested. Of course the way this country is going, alot of people seem to over look the fact that our laws are being broken.

You people only make yourself seem stupid when you try to blur legal immigration and illegal immigration....cause intelligent people know better. By the way, I am a legal immigrant who came here in my youth and eventually became a citizen.
Lou Dobbs is my favorite news show...cause he tells it like it is, and he criticizes all politicians regardless of party.
EDIT: I am curious why so many of you who agree with Dobbs on immigration disagree with him on other issues like the selling out of america, trade deficits, the decline of the middle class, outsourcing of jobs, etc.. these are not lies. You would have to be blind to not see that there is a clear attempt by our government to basically work against the interest of americans. Immigration is just one sympton of the entire problem. This is not even a democrat or republican issue. Both parties are owned by the people who donate big bucks to their elections. Their loyalty is to special interests and big business. The republicans a bit more than democrats, but dems are still just as guilty. Wake up people. You got it right on immigration, get it right on the others. Its all connected.

because American is a free country just like you have a right to show your feelings towards Lou Dobbs and his views on ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
similarly he has a right to express his opinion on ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION issue
Its called as Freedom of Speech. Its America, dont try to instigate laws of your nation into ours,
so if u live here. you would have to live by our rules,otherwise get out and last part
if u dont like him, you dont have to watch his show
