You can't and there is no reason to do it.
(Your PC audio is analog, HDMI is a digital interface)
Every TV has at least one HDMI port that will accept analog audio in case you need to connect a DVI cable.

you can use a jack pin to composite cable to connect your sound card to the red and white ports on your tv.
