motionless exercise is something i saw on
tv .... she said that if you just stand still for 7 min...
thats all you need or whatever. i would like it if people that ACTUALLY HAVE TRIED to tell me if it works...

what do you think? If it sounds to good to be true, it is...

isometrics is a joke. if the muscle is not shortened or operated over the entire range of motion the amount of stimulation is minimal. in terms of effectiveness it goes eccentric, concentric then isometric.

It's called "Isometrics" and yes it does. It has been used for centuries and the principle is to use your own muscles against one another as opposing forces. The Astronauts used Isometrics in Space in the early Space program and ever since due to space (room) logistics.

Edit: Isometrics is part of an overall regimen that is prepared for the astronauts and overseen by the Agency. It is not all inclusive

Huh? Are you talking about those devices you hook up to your muscles that make them contract? Otherwise it doesn't make sense to me?
